Pizza Hut

Staff was excellent there were only two on and they were getting hammered with orders and customers. They still kept their cool we're supper friendly and made our lunch date wonderful. Owner should appreciate them they did awesome.

Outstanding wait staff and customer service.

Floor was sticky, waited for over 5 minutes to be seated and the restaurant was empty, no silverware at table no server to rake drink order!

Deep Dish Pan Pizza

Tyler is an amazing thoughtful server! I have a pepper allergy and he made me wings without sauce and he checked all of the salad dressing ingredients for me before bringing them out! He was so accommodating to allergies! He is an incredible server!

Seriously doesn’t even deserve one star. How do you go to a pizza place and they don’t have cheese? On top of the rude staff, and less than average food, they couldn’t split a bill because they applied military discount while proceeding to give us dirty looks for trying to figure it out and to TOP it off the lady that took our cards for our bill was RUDE and needed her attitude adjusted. If you don’t mind the less than 10 minute drive to the Johnstown one ITS WELL WORTH IT.Sincerely, 3 pissed off customers.

This is the worst pizza I have ever ordered from anywhere never again!!! I could have made store bought pizza taste better than this.

Terrible! Johnstown is so much better. Lunch buffet wasn't worth $1 let alone $10. I will never eat here again.

Only pizza my step son will eat. The waitress was very nice and professional.

Place was empty, waiter had no clue what was going on, didn't bring out plates. Did not come back to refill drinks or ask how things were, will never come back to this pizza hut in gloversville...horrible service

Gloversville Pizza Hut..Food was really good. Service was excellent. Had a pleasant experience.

First time here, ordered pepperoni and onion, pepperoni and meatballs med. Pizzas bread sticks and a couple of 2ltr. Service was fast and employees were very friendly and helpful. The food dang some of the best Pizza Hut pizza I've had in a long time and for the price you just can't beat it. If ever in the area again I know were to eat.

The WORST, we've ordered from here alot and they've messed up our orders alot, they came back 3 times in one night before due to their mess ups. Tonight the app glitched and messed up. Which is totally fine I get it but instead of the female shift. Manager or manager which ever who worked tonight 6/1/19 being ya know somewhat decent she was rude as can be and had a crazy attitude. I get it's late but if you don't wanna be in customer service then find a new job. Miguel however is amazing always so nice every time they mess up our order.

We always do delivery and so far drivers have been timely. Around 30-40 minutes and they are always courteous with food still being hot. Usually food is good and made correctly. Tonight they had an unlimited topping deal but I only wanted meatballs and pepperoni. So I ordered extra meatballs and sausage. But this is how it came. Very disappointed.

Absolutly horrible service i always order online always says to pick up 10 to 20 mins i waited 30 mins. Got there the lady before me was upset bc her order wasnt on time i told them i was there to pick mine up my pizza wasnt even made. She proceeded to make a new one not even telling me mine wasnt there. The worker said she was the manager. If she really was the manager the place was not busy no one was at the buffet and ive never had an issue before she acted like she didnt know what she was doing even talking to herself while me and two other customers were waiting for service. No bueno! Get on the ball.

Rediculous, 11:35 and nothing on buffet told would be a half hour or more. Staff extremely rude. Worst pizza Hut ever !!!

I have been getting pizza and other menu items here for yearsss. My mom loves their food, and got me hooked as a child. The pizza is always fresh and hot, the desserts are delicious, wings are good, and staff is friendly and courteous

I placed an order from here tonight at $67 and got 4 things. When my order was delivered I never received one of my items. I called the store 5 times and last 2 attempts I got through then disconnected but last attempt I spoke with someone and told them my situation tonight and was told my item was supposed be right to me but now going for hour later still no item.. Yes they are busy and all but come on.. We love pizza hut and all but this is why not 5 star .

Worst place ever!!!!I live three blocks away and it took over 90 minutes to recieve my pizza and it was si cold when it arrived the cheese was hard! Never again !

Ordered delivery and I expected it to slightly chilled considering the drive but cold? The only thing hot was the wings sauce. I asked to replace the blue cheese with ranch and sure enough I got TWO blue cheese dips. I am starting to feel sick :( is there a good pizza joint around here?? I am sick of Chinese take out. Now they got it right... next review:)

The Pizza, cheese sticks, & salad we're excellent. The ingredients for fresh and nothing was under or over-cooked. Our waitress was especially friendly helpful and attentive. I would come back just to have her service. I have worked in food service as wait staff and in other areas of the restaurant business. I know the craziness, challenges, and the pressures of this occupation. It can be rewarding and frustrating at the same time. Although the restaurant was not busy at the time we were there, I am sure this young woman could handle anything with ease. Pizza hut is lucky to have such an employee. My brother and I will definitely return.

My son loves this restaurant. His standard order, personal pan pepperoni and double order(10) cheese bread sticks. Used to pay $19.41. Which I thought was too high. Ordered today, $ 20.46. Told employee that I won't be ordering very often. Price increase and quality of food decrease- mot a good combination.
